Easy Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How it works

1. Email returns@zavare.com.pk with your order number.
2. We'll arrange a complimentary pickup anywhere in Pakistan.
3. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued within 5 business days.

What's eligible

Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their Zavare box with all certificates. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and earrings (for hygiene) are final sale.

Lifetime polish

Every Zavare piece comes with a lifetime polish promise. Bring or send your jewelry back to the atelier any time and we'll restore it to its original finish at no charge.
